2. No Refund Policy (Digital Services)

All purchases made on Pujapath Kundali are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or initiated. This includes:

  • Kundali generation and reports
  • Horoscope services
  • Astrology consultations (chat/call/video)
  • Any digital or personalized service

Due to the intangible and customized nature of these services, refunds cannot be processed after delivery.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel a service only before it has been initiated or assigned to an astrologer.
  • Once the service has started or is in progress, cancellation will not be allowed.
  • In case of prepaid consultations, cancellation requests must be made prior to session start time.

4. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made due to technical error
  • Payment deducted but service not delivered
  • Failed transaction where amount is debited but service not confirmed

In such cases, users must contact support within 48 hours of the transaction.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank
